An Intimate Wedding at the Mount Hood Center

This wedding was one of the most touching love stories. From meeting in the grocery store to joining their families together. It was the perfect blend of this unique bride and groom all under the roof of a stunning greenhouse at the Mount Hood Center just outside of Portland, Oregon in Boring.

The groom, Chris, is a woodworker and made many of the wood decor pieces. There were elements bringing both of their cultures together.

At each wedding I shoot, there is one moment in particular where I find myself holding back tears. The part I got most emotional over was their father-daughter and mother-son dance. Juvenia and Chris were not only gaining more than a spouse as Juvenia has a son and Chris as daughter, prior to them falling in love. It was the most beautiful moment to see their love give these children a sibling and one that will forever live in my mind as one of the most touching dances I have seen.
